Is this really the same post sold for professional and college teams?

Yes. FanPillar school editions use the same physical solar Glow Post sold with NFL, MLB, NHL and NCAA team graphics. The graphics are different. The post, the solar system and the lighting are the same.

Is this an officially licensed NFL, MLB, NHL or NCAA product?

The professional and college team versions carry those teams' graphics under their licensing. FanPillar school editions are separate local products and carry no professional league or college marks.

Is FanPillar affiliated with Fanatics or the leagues?

No. FanPillar is independently owned. Referencing the professional versions explains where the product comes from. It does not mean FanPillar is sponsored by, endorsed by or affiliated with Fanatics, the NFL, MLB, NHL or NCAA.

Is FanPillar affiliated with the school?

No. The LEDs light the team graphic panel from inside. The white post body stays white.

Does it need wiring or an outlet?

No. It is solar powered and never connects to an outlet. It turns on by itself at dusk.
