Terms of service

FanPillar is a brand of RSO Digital Solutions LLC, doing business as FanPillar, an Iowa limited liability company ("FanPillar" or "we"). These terms apply to purchases made through fanpillar.com.

Products

FanPillar school editions use the same physical solar Glow Post sold with professional and college team graphics, with artwork created for the named school or community. Professional and college versions are produced and sold under the applicable licensing arrangements. FanPillar is independently owned and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Fanatics, any professional sports league, the NCAA, or any school or school district unless expressly stated on the product page. School names and marks are used to identify the edition. If a school or rights holder raises a concern about an edition, we will address it promptly and may pause sales of that edition.

Product images

Product images are renderings of the approved production design. Small details such as exact color tone can look slightly different in person.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments; we do not store card numbers. Limited-quantity offers end when stated. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Preorders and fulfillment

Preorders are described in the shipping policy. Ready-by dates are estimates made in good faith; if a date changes we will notify you and offer a full refund.

Warranty

Glow Posts are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from receipt. Contact us with a description and photo and we will repair, replace, or refund at our option. Normal wear, weather damage, and battery capacity loss over time are not covered.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
