Shipping policy

Preorders

A preorder is a paid reservation for a post from a production run that is already placed with the manufacturer. Preorder listings state a ready-by date. If we cannot meet that date, we will email you before it with a new date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Free pickup

Pick up at Man Cave Cut Shop, 8554 Kapp Drive #13, Peosta, Iowa (behind and under the post office) during shop hours: Monday 3 PM to 7 PM, Tuesday 10 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday 11 AM to 7 PM, Thursday 10 AM to 7 PM, Friday 10 AM to 5 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 2 PM, closed Sunday. We'll email you when your post is ready.

Local delivery

$15 within 20 miles of our Peosta shop. Checkout offers local delivery when your address qualifies. We'll text or email to arrange a drop-off window. Posts are left at the front door unless you ask otherwise.

Shipping

The Western Dubuque release is pickup and local delivery only. If shipping is offered on other posts in the future, it will be calculated at checkout and you'll receive tracking by email.

Damaged or defective on arrival

Email a photo of the damage to hello@fanpillar.com within 7 days of pickup or delivery and we will replace the post or refund you, your choice. We may ask you to bring the damaged post back to the shop.

Returns

Unused posts in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error. Reservations are refundable in full any time before pickup or delivery.
